November 9 - Departure
Depart with group from New York, Newark or Chicago. You may also choose your own airline to travel to Delhi.

November 10 - Delhi
Arrive Delhi late in the evening. Meeting and transfer to hotel.

November 11 - Delhi

Delhi is a city of immense past. It is dotted with hundreds of landmarks and has accumulated a tremendous heritage of art, architecture and culture. City tour visiting Presidential Palace, Parliament House, Jantar Mantar - the medieval observatory, the 16th century tomb of Mughal emperor Humayun and India Gate, Red Fort, Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in Asia, Raj Ghat and Shantivana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru and local bazaars.

November 12 - Agra
Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer by car / coach to Agra, the city of world's most famous love story, Taj Mahal. City tour visiting Agra Fort, Taj Mahal at sunset, Itemad-ud-Daula and local bazaars.

November 13 - Jaipur
Transfer by car / coach to Bharatpur and visit Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary - the largest concentration of exotic birds in Asia and nesting ground of thousands of egrets, Siberian cranes, waterfowls and other rare species. Proceed to Fatehpur Sikri –  now the deserted capital built by emperor Akbar. You will visit some fabulous palaces and a mosque dedicated to Muslim saint, Sheikh Salim Chisti who blessed Akbar with his only son, Salim. Transfer to Jaipur.

November 14 - Jaipur
The "Pink City" is known around the world for its people and exotic palaces, its culture and arts. City tour visiting City Palace, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Wind), Jantar Mantar. An afternoon elephant ride will take you to Amber Fort and its sandstone palaces perched atop a hill. Within its precincts are Sheesh Mahal or chamber of mirrors reputedly the best in the world, Victory Hall and Pleasure Palace.

November 15 - Pushkar Fair
Transfer to Pushkar Fair by car / coach. It is believed that Hindu God Brahma was pondering about a place to perform a Vedic rite when a Lotus flower fell from his hand and water gushed out from that spot in this desert. Lake Pushkar is considered to be the only one of its kind in India! Thousands of faithful assemble here every year on a full moon day to celebrate the occasion and pay homage to their lord. In a continuous celebration for three days and nights they turn this desert land into a colorful bazaar. The desert becomes alive with colors, music, sounds and excitement.

November 16 - Pushkar

At the fair. View and participate in various festival activities and camel races.

November 17 - Jodhpur

Transfer to Jodhpur by car / coach. City tour visit Mehrangarh Fort, luxurious palaces, Jaswant Thada – a collection of royal white marble cenotaphs and Umaid Bhavan Palace.

November 18 - Jaiselmer
Transfer to Jaisalmer by car / coach. One of the last bastions of princely India, Jaisalmer is famous for the Fort and colorful mansions known as Havelis. The stone carvers created some masterpieces with delicate pavilions, screen windows and beautiful balconies.

November 19 - Jaiselmer
After city tour you will take a camel safari to golden sand dunes. In the evening attend a cultural show with dinner.

November 20 - Bikaner
Transfer to Bikaner by car / coach. City tour visiting the Moon Palace, Flower Palace, Fort, Lalgarh Palace, Bhandeshwar Jain temple and National Camel Research Center. The Lalgarh Palace is a unique blend of oriental facade and occidental interiors. The royal family still resides in one part and the other part has been turned into a luxury hotel. The palace museum has an incredible collection of the former maharaja's personal possessions.

November 21 - Mandawa - Shekhawati
Transfer to Mandawa by car / coach. City tour. Mandawa is a town in the Shekhawati region of northeastern Rajasthan. Shekhawati is famous around the World for the fresco-painted homes of its trading community. They offer fascinating insight into the skills and creative imagination of the artists who worked walls, covering lintels, ceilings and every conceivable corner of homes, temples, castles and palaces.

November 22 - Delhi
Transfer to Delhi airport by car / coach.

November 23 - Homebound
Depart on your onward journey.
